After helping the Manzkes make updates to République’s branded collateral, I then trained my attention on their latest restaurant: Bicyclette Bistro. Work for this concept included a logo, style guide, signage, menu design, and a website. One of the most interesting projects I worked on was to interpret acclaimed Bar Director Shawn Lickliter’s cocktail list into a dynamic, fully-illustrated cocktail book. After opening, this book received praise in both Variety and The Infatuation.
